Job Description - Reporting to the All India HNI Sales Head your main responsibilities will entail contributing to corporate strategy development , specifically for achieving regional sales objectives in HNI segment by:

- Implementing segment sales strategies and policies for the respective region

- Managing entire regional sales team for HNI segment

- Interacting with the HNI Segment Sales Head to develop sales strategies for HNI market segment

- Coordinating with the marketing and product development teams in development of products and sales collaterals

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers

- Coordinating with other regional and channel heads for cross selling

- Implementing sales, commercial and HR processes in the region to achieve higher employee engagement and productivity

- Driving growth and improvement through people development by regularly coaching and developing team members

- Communicating a credible and convincing picture by committing to strategic pathways with conviction

- Handling uncertainty by setting objectives that lead to future objectives while sustaining current growth

The Successful Candidate -

- You have atleast 10 years of experience with an MBA in marketing (Tier 1 B Schools would be preferred) with prior experience in either travel/Financial Services especially handling HNI sales.

- A prior network with HNIs in region is must.

- Possessing excellent negotiation skills, candidate must be a go-getter with a proven track record of success in prior organisations.
