DGM - R&D - New Product Development - Pumps/Motors

Position of DGM (CRI) role

1. Should have Indepth knowledge & experience in new product development & launches using APQP process.

2. Ability to develop product/part approval with target time lines at competitive cost.

3. Should have high degree of proficiency in mfg. technology for components such as plastic with PU painting and metallizing, die- casting, sheet metal - aluminium, steel, machining, painting, powder coating and product assemblies.

4. Exposure to tolerance design and specifications for mechanical components and product assembly.

5. Capability to understand ref. standards and performance requirements for product and BIS certification.

6. Should be able to define Test requirements for Product Validation.

Sap proficiency is a must

Electrical industry experience is a must
