We are an India based Consultancy firm - broadly into Recruitment and HR consultancy.

Currently, we are sourcing for the following position -

Position: DGM, Projects

Location: Uganda, East Africa

Industry: Diversified Business Group

Company: The Company is part of one of the largest conglomerates in Uganda, with a total asset base in excess of US$1 billion. The group has investments in Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, the Middle East, India and North America.

With presence in Sugar, Hospitality, Steel, FMCG - they truly are a diversified business setup.

Role: The role is with their Corporate team - the incumbent would support the Director Projects into spearheading Group activities in identification of opportunities for expansion, diversification, acquisitions and divestments.

The role also needs the incumbent to conduct pre-feasibility analysis for any new investments covering preliminary market potential and budgetary revenues and costs.

The candidate should ideally have a graduate degree in engineering with a masters degree in business administration / management with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in implementing projects from concept to commissioning, including project financing.
