Position Summary:
This job is intended to catalyze and facilitate product design and development by balancing key stakeholder expectations, namely - shareholder, distributor & customer in a manner that the organization's business goals are achieved or exceeded. The job mandates end-to-end responsibility of product throughout its life cycle
KRA’s :
- Take end to end responsibility for developing new products from inception to launch, including pricing (together with the pricing team), system implementation, etc.
- Product management - Managing product through its life cycle; Germination of new products across geographies with a focus on channel
- Market evaluation & research - Earliest to spot and highlight competitive, customer & regulatory trends
- Supporting Department / Cross Functional projects - Collaboration with team and team capability building activities
- Develop Go to Market strategies and ensure successful product launches by creating the right content by working closely with Training, Marketing and other key stakeholders
Skills, Experience & Qualification:
- Communication skills
- Conceptualization skills
- 5-10 Years relevant experience.
- Post graduate qualification in Business Administration/Mathematics with strong understanding of business dynamics and sales, with an insight into marketing
