Job Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Director

Education : Graduation+MBA

- Heading the product management function for Architectural hardware & furniture fittings and handling a team of product managers.

- Establishing the product management function in the company.

- New Product Development including in-house development & sourcing.

- Preparing Business plan for the category including Techno-commercial feasibility and CAPEX proposal.

- Defining the business process flow for new products as well as future road map.

- Digital Marketing initiatives, development of selling tools for value added products.

- Training the Sales team on effective selling skills for value added products.

- Competition tracking, product benchmarking.

- Monitoring the Top line and profitability of focus product categories and derive action plans to meet KPI's for the category.
