DGM - Product Engineer - Genset/Gas & Diesel Engine

- Will be responsible for product engineering of existing and forthcoming range and versions of Gas and Diesel engines and gen-sets based on third party designs, currently in the range of 50KVA to 1000 Kkva.

- Will De responsible for improvisation and development in engine and Genset products and shall ensure use of a maximum of standardized, parts and reduce the development cycle as well as reduce the development cost.

- To address and resolve Design issues related to parts being developed from the vendors for 2,3,4, and 6 cylinder engines and gen-sets through proper ECN / DMP process.

- To initiate the process to revise or establish the systems and product engineering activities.

- To co-ordinate for design validations and certifications.

- To carry design VALVE Engineering activities to optimize the cost of existing range of products.

- Must have in-depth experience in -Engine,design,development,testing,emission,homologation,benchmarking,intigration, vibrations, Application engineering

- Providing technical support to OEM Business model.

- Must have engine development experience for automotive, tractors,gen-sets, industrial and construction applications.

- Must have emission development experience for national and international emission standards.

- Must have experience of leading a cross functional team

- Must have the ability to interact, communicate and work together with overseas technical consultants.

- Must have domain expertise in engine system including crank train, lube system, exhaust gas system, fuel injection system

- Must have worked in lead role for various engine projects from concept to launch.
