Job Description - You will be reporting into the GM - Process Improvement and leading multiple teams at the same time. The position requires you to Manage stake-holder relationships and meet expectations

- Oversee project execution and supervise teams

- Review processes and work towards increasing optimisation and effectivity

- Coach and mentor teams on the new processes/improvements

- Build industry knowledge and functional expertise across domains

The Successful Candidate - You are a graduate in any discipline with a management degree (preferred). You must have a Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification with atleast 6 -10 years of experience in process improvement, with 4+ years in BFSI processes in a BPO environment. You are comfortable in working and balancing the onshore and offshore client requirements. You have a deep knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean methodologies with significant experience in re-engineering projects. You have excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to motivate and lead large teams.
