DGM - Process Excellence - Mobile Tower Installation Firm

We are looking for a DGM - Process Excellence (PEX) for India's largest mobile tower installation company based at Gurgaon.

Role : Corporate HQ

Function Name : Process Excellence

Nature of Role : Individual Contributor

Division/ Dept: : Operations

Reports to : VP - PEX

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 10+ yrs of which minimum of 6 + years in the area of quality implementation, preferably in Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management, TQM or CMMI. It is desirable to hire some one with telecom engineering background.

Education : Full time Graduation is mandatory, Bachelors in any discipline - Science / Commerce / Engineering; Post graduation in engineering or business is preferred.

Knowledge Required : Six Sigma, Lean and knowledge of Basic Statistics- MBB Mandate. Should be familiar with Minitab 16 or above

Skills / Competencies : Project management, Process management, Change management, Facilitation skills, Mentoring

Internal Interactions : Project Champions (Functional/ Circle heads)

Financial Dimensions : Support adherence to AOP and annual budget

People's Dimensions : Mentor people as required by the project delivery.

Key stakeholder engagement.- There may also be resistance that needs to be managed in one or more paths of the process excellence workflow.

- Building a culture for PE, Helping employees integrate the PE tools in their daily work.

Principal Purpose of the Job :

To facilitate design, development & continuous improvement of processes in the organization

KRA:

1. Spread the culture of Process Excellence in the organization :

- Facilitate YB Trainings

- Facilitate GB Trainings

- Mentor GB & YB candidates

2. Continuous improvement of processes: Facilitate structured problem-solving workshops

3. Facilitate implementation of Lean/Six-Sigma best practices

- Facilitate training sessions

- Facilitate usage of DMAIC/PDCA methodologies with the right tools & techniques in solving crucial business problems
