Position Summary with Job Responsibilities :

- In-depth knowledge of Environmental legal/statutory requirements at National, State & Local level and its applicability to Automobile Sector.

- In-depth knowledge of functioning of key Government Agencies like Pollution Control Board, Environment Department, CGWB, Utility functions in Local Bodies, etc., and procedural formalities.

- Good communication and Liasoning skills at all levels of Government.

- Good networking skills with various stakeholders (Academia, Global Bodies, NGO's, other industries, Industry fora like CII, FICCI, TERI, etc.)

- Experience of planning, execution and overseeing environmental quality monitoring programs through competent laboratories.

- In-depth knowledge of environmental monitoring protocol/standards, instrumentation, quality control, data analysis and interpretation.

- Experience of O&M of on-line monitoring systems and in-house wet chemical laboratory.

- In-depth experience of Operation and Maintenance of ETP, STP, WTP, RP/ZLD, Emission Control Systems, and Solid Waste Management Systems (composting, biogas, pyrolysis, etc.).

- Experience of dealing with emergency shutdown jobs is desirable.

Education : M TECH with Thermal specialization in Environment Science

Work Experience : 8-10 Years (of which at least 2 years should be in Lead position) in the following Sectors - Automobile Mfg., -Auto Component Mfg., or Engineering
