DGM - Operations - Power Electronics Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing production including entire supply chain as per need of respective SBU within Lead Time

- Comply to all the standard & norms for abiding to global quality standards (CE, UL, cUL, etc).

- Enhancing product port-folio through developments, improvement projects towards increasing product range (diversity) with effective cost optimization/ Value engineering.

- Nurture the team by training, mentoring for making them competent/ ready to achieve LTP Targets

- Managing & living up to the expectations of multi-dimensional stake holders (SBUs & Customers & Technology partners & RIC)

- Driving World Class Manufacturing Excellence Culture (TPM, Business Excellence, ISO etc)

- Responsible for making necessary application engineering and approvals for certifying the product in Market

Functional Competencies:

QUALIFICATION B. E. Electrical or electronic.
