DGM - Operations - eCommerce (6-10 yrs)
We have an exciting opportunity for DGM Operations role for an ecommerce client.
PFB JD for the role:
1. To manage end to end operation (including warehouse, logistics, inventory, order management).
2. To ensure that merchandise reaches warehouse on time and maintain inventory levels as per SOPs
3. Setup processes and SOPs in alignment with company's objectives, keep pace with organizational growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment
4. Order fulfilment and last mile delivery
5. Supervise a team of ground staff in the fulfilment operations of a warehouse to ensure orders are picked, packed and handed over to logistics team on time
6. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience
7. Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure all orders are connected within shipping cut-off
8. Publish all SCM related MIS reports to respective stakeholder to provide analytical insights
9. Prepare and share dashboards on various operations queues performance to the higher management.
