DGM - Marketplace - FMCG (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities & Deliverables :
- Be the company's single point of contact for the marketplaces and drive monthly, quarterly and annual joint business planning with clear objectives and deliverables
- Deeply understand the consumer journey for the Brand on these marketplaces (funnel, conversions, repeats, ratings etc), identify opportunities and activate initiatives to drive superior consumer preference for the brand
- Own the joint activation calendar with each of the marketplaces and monitor results against the pre-set KPIs. Own the Brand PnL on the delivery channel and strive to improve flow throughs continually
- Continually track competition performance on the marketplaces to formulate proactive / reactive strategies for the brand
- Keep a keen eye on evolving trends and opportunities in the marketplace ecosystem
- Work closely with digital marketing and CRM team to bolster the consumer franchise on marketplaces
- Align with operations team to drive continuous improvement in last mile performance of the restaurants and the marketplaces
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- MBA in marketing / systems will be an added advantage
Other Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce flow and consumer behavior
- Strong Negotiation and Liaising skills
- Ability to Influence Peers/Seniors
