DGM/Manager - Legal - Mfg/Infra (5-12 yrs)
Job Description
1. A candidate having min experience of 5 years in legal profession post qualification.
2. A candidate must have atleast 2/3 years experience as in-house legal counsel of company/ies. And as in-house legal counsel, candidate should be good in handling company's litigation.
3. A candidate must be good in drafting and vetting of agreements like Settlement Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Non -Disclosure Agreements; Power of Attorney, Indemnity Bond.
4. A candidate having experience of handling matters before Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) and/or State Regulatory Commission may be given preference.
5. A candidate having experience of handling matters related to Land Acquisition is desirable.
6. A candidate must have experience in preparing Management Information System (MIS) to present the important information to the top management of the company.
7. A candidate should have rich experience in co-ordinating with external law firms which are engaged by the company.
8. A candidate should have rich experience in co-ordinating with internal customers to put company's best case forward, while preparing for litigation or while negotiating with vendors/third parties.
