DGM - Mall Leasing (8-15 yrs)
Job Description:
- To drive the leasing activities for Mall.
- Plan appropriate zoning for the mall in close coordination with the HOD and Sr. Management.
- Business Development i.e., sourcing new brands through intermediary network (IPCs, Consultants)
- Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Brand Consultants.
- Communicating the terms & conditions of leasing out the space giving complete Commercial details.
- Efficiently handling the due diligence, legalities, registration and documentation of the transaction.
- To provide assistance in executing the procedure of Fitout, handover and takeover.
- Co-ordinate with Clients, Architects and Project team for all fit outs works.
- To manage database of all clients.
- To keep the team motivated and drive them to achieve the set targets.
- MIS generation
EXPERIENCE:
- 8-10 Years with relevant experience in leasing real estate industry
KEY SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and commercial skills.
