DGM - Legal - Telecom

About Our Client :

Our client is an international provider of telecommunications services, internet products and services,.

Sr Legal Counsel :

- Regulatory /telecom experience (dealing with DoT on the telecom side and FIPB/RBI on the financial side)

- Contract negotiations and commercial telecom experience.

- Corporate transactional experience (ideally ex-private practice lawyer familiar with M&A, IPOs, interrelated party agreements, NDAs)

- Experience in dealing with companies outside of India

- Tasked orientated, responsive and efficient; good upward management skills

- Energetic and hard working, fluency in English - clear and articulate speaker and writer.

Should have the following experience

- Regulatory Experience - TRAI/DoT/Telecom

- 10+ years experience

- Global exposure

- In house legal experience

- Mergers and Acquisition

- IPO exposure

- NDA Exposure

- Experience dealing with contract negotiations,telecom commercials etc.
