DGM - Legal & Compliance - BFSI Sector - CS/LLB (10-15 yrs)
- Managing all the Legal and Compliance related work of the company
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating legal documents
- Drafting, reviewing policy documents and other legal correspondence
- Managing external counsels with respect to the legal issues
- Regulatory, Governance and compliance related matters.
- Advise other departments with respect to legal risks
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in legal & compliance field in BFSI sector
- Qualified as Company Secretary and a Law graduate ( CS with LLB )
- Excellent communication skills
