JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conceptualize and support in deliver of Development programs for senior management. Liaise with knowledge partners for the organizing and conducting the Development programs. Help build a learning culture in the organisation by creating a learning organization through L&D interventions.
2. Design & Deliver Behavioral Managerial program.
3. Oversee e-Learning solutions for the training programs across the organisation. Conceptualize and implement applied research as part of the in sighting for various functions.
4. Conceptualize, deliver and roll out programs. Support in the development of strategic road map, in partnership with the HOD and support end to end the functions their objectives.
5. Identify innovative ways and leverage technology to deliver the content of Development programs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The candidate should have:
- Sound fundamental knowledge in Learning & Development and Change Management
- Understanding of various HR Processes
- Comprehensive understanding of OD
- Technology enabled learning
The candidate should be an MBA in Human Resources with 10-15 years of experience.
