A DOMESTIC BPO SECTOR LOOKING FOR SR. PROFESSIONAL L&D ON BELOW SPECIFICATION.
Position: DGM- HR - ER
Qualification: MBA full time must, post qualification 9+yrs.
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business, Operations Leaders and Clientspan India to develop business impacting solutions enabling the organization to meet its aggressive business plans
- Ability to lead the need identification - through - learning solution design and development process and learning management solution (LMS) tool
- Individually as well as through a team of OD representatives pan India, design, develop and sustain learning and development policy, processes and tools aiming at fostering organisational and individual development
- Drive enterprise-wide training programs, induction, leadership development, talent retention, and performance management
- Lead the team of OD representatives pan India motivating them to be the change agent for their respective business and location
- Develop the infrastructure for all training and development programs by establishing standardized methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation, measurement and reporting
Desire Skills Set:
- MBA with overall 9–14 years of experience in Learning and Development background and relevant experience of at least 4-5 years in the leadership position
- Preferred: MBA or Masters in Human Resources, Learning / Organizational Development or similar degree
- Preferably experience in the ITES/BPO industry
- Must display superior leadership, verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
- Working knowledge of current and emerging training tools and learning aids
