DGM - Learning & Development - Agriculture (12-18 yrs)

1) The primary objective is to develop a state of art LMS system with advanced technology and create user friendly, interactive interface to create interest for the learner.

2) Support the business and sales leaders in identifying suitable developmental needs, creating platform for their grooming and performing.

3) Provide training interventions as per the training need analysis (both Technical and Behavioural) and create training systems

4) Presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.

LMS Implementation - To develop and implement a technologically advanced comprehensive LMS (Learning Management System) and upload the modules to be assigned to various learners on this platform

1) To augment the Learning and Development activities and increase the knowledge transfer,

2) Identify the vendors to develop digital learning modules and manage the same for all the modules planned to launch in a particular year as per the training plan.

3) No of programs to be launched "

Talent Development :

1. Assessing the training needs with the inputs from various sources (competency assessment, performance appraisal system, interviews with managers, etc,.) and preparing a comprehensive training & development plan in consultation the Line Managers

2. Implementation, assessing the effectiveness of various L&D initiatives, and institutionalizing systems and creating the appropriate organization culture for effective training activities.

3. Modify and create course material and training manuals to meet specific training needs from time to time

4. Specializes in a Agriculture industry and keeps current updates on the activities and needs of that industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars."

Administration

1. Appointment of vendors and handling of total vendor management process.

- MBA program in people related courses from reputed institutions

- ISTD or CPTD certified or relevant qualification in Training and Development"

- 12+ yrs of experience as Training Manager with 3 years of handling LMS

- Exposure to Sales Training interventions

- Exposure to Agriculture Input/Service Industry background is desirable

- Linguistic ability is added advantage

- Willing to travel extensively

- Knowledge in L&D systems and practices (TMS, e-Learnng etc)

- Contemporary and Best HR Practices

- Knowledge on e-Learning module development and deployment
