Designation Offered: DGM | GM - Land Affairs, Acquisition & Govt Liasioning

Heading the Land Projects for Power & Cement Projects

Location: Madhya Pradesh | Nawalgarh - Rajasthan & Maharashtra - But should be mobile for the Land Projects anyweher in India.

- Ensure all applications are filed as per requirements and followed up regularly

- Liaise with govt agencies and departments

- Coordinate with local agencies / local partners for: ensuring geological investigations are satisfactorily carried out, tie-up for railway and RBCT allocation is ensured, mining and (including Capex budgeting and project coordination, if required)

- Setup local office (majority jobs outsourced)

- Execute commercial agreements with consultants and local partners. Ensure adherence with agreed terms and monitor performance.

- Represent organization at various forums, govt authorities, etc for furthering the business- & projects agenda.

- Responsibility for providing an adequate supply of land to fulfill production needs.

- Responsible to develop and lead the annual CSR and Land Compensation planning process.

- Develop strategic recommendations to management on how to optimize near-term stability.

- Identify and assess strategic issues.

Reports to - Business Head & Project Head

Salary offered: 25 lacs - 40 lacs (Depends on No Experience)
