Job Description :

- Heading the Direct sales vertical biggest luxury residential real estate project at Mumbai reporting to the National Sales Head.

- Achieving individual and team targets for the last two years.

- Handling HNI clients, understanding their investments and advising them on optimizing their real estate portfolio and completely supervising & handholding the transactions at the site.

- Target achievement of more than 100% consistently.

- Represented the company in International Property Exhibitions at Singapore & Dubai and generated prospects and closures.

- Represented the company at HDFC Home Fair 2015 in Singapore.

- Highest revenue generator in the entire sales vertical (More than 1000 Cr)

- Working on new launches and ensuring that the cash flows are maintained.
