DGM - Human Resources - Manufacturing

MBA - HR (2 yrs Full Time) / MSW with 16+ Yrs of exp in a large manufacturing units with sound work exp in ER / IR/ union dealing, HR, legal & admin

This position is no 2 position in plant HR team & will reports to VP HR, total manpower is approx 2000, main job is dealing with plant union, ER & admin related activity, legal & HR function.

Company has its own township & other facilities.
