2. Experience = Minimum 9-10 years experience in good FMCG company.

3. Desired Profile = She should be MBA(Full Time) with hands on experience in recruitment,designing organisation structure of new organisation, employee development at PAN India level.Should be dynamic and have excellent communication and presentation skills and proven leadership skills.

4. Functional Area = HR / Administration

5. Education = Graduate/Any specialization PG-MBA/PGDM-HR/Industrial Relation.
