We are looking for a DGM - HR & Administration for UAE.  Preferred age: Around 39 - 42 years  Total Exp: 17 - 19 years  Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA or Post Graduation in HR.  Details:   - Generalist role.   - Candidate should have experience in most gamut of HR such as HR strategy management, Manpower planning and recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Capability development, Employee relations, Employee engagement.   - Candidates with experience in handling administration functions (soft and hard services) will have an added advantage.  Administration experience is not mandatory.  Other details:   - The candidate should be smart, articulate, friendly and a team player.  - He should possess high energy and drive.  - Should be excellent in planning & execution.   - SAP experience is preferred.  - Preferably from XLRI/TISS/SYMBIOSIS or other reputed HR institutes  - Position reports to V.P - HR & Admin.  Candidates from Indian market is required.
