They are currently looking for DGM - HR & IR for Bangalore location with robust experience in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations.
1. Design and implement HR Systems & Policies and manage Industrial Relations.
2. Responsible for recruitment, retention, succession and career planning, performance appraisal and training & development.
3. Manpower analysis, planning and budgeting in accordance with business needs.
4. Define organisation development needs, performance management, capability development and people development.
5. Develop, maintain and implement competitive and equitable compensation & benefits structure and system.
6. Manage and lead HR team members to execute operational human resources activities and services.
