Purpose of the role :
As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes
About the role :
- The role is a leadership role within the organization where the incumbent is expected to deliver strategic direction on all people priorities. The organization is going through a transformation with new ways of working on both strategic and people front.
- The Engineering Value chain organization is a new age organization which is curated from all engineering functions. The focus of business is to deliver optimum support in a matrix environment, enabling the long-term vision of providing cutting edge engineering thought leadership and execution.
- The technical centre in Bangalore also called as GTCI is a hub for innovation and world class engineering practices. The HRBP will bring in thought leadership in crafting the elevated employee experience. This role provides an opportunity to interact, influence and collaborate with stakeholders globally.
- This role will be critical in driving key initiatives in development of the centre and also assimilating a future workforce strategy of the organization.
- The future workforce strategy is anchored on four key drivers of Talent and Leadership, Extraordinary performance and rewards, culture and workplace, and Talent Analytics.
Responsibilities :
Talent and Leadership :
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies
- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire - cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
- Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions
- Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce
- Support Talent development by focusing on Organizational capability, Individual needs and core competence
Extraordinary Performance & Reward :
- Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layers
Culture and workplace :
- Work towards creating a 'Best place to work'
- Drive customer centric approach with innovation
- Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace
- Monitor and report employee pulse through regular engagement with employees
- Co-create and drive employee engagement plans and maintain and strengthen relationships
Employee Relations :
- Drive key Change initiatives in the factory to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvement
HR Analytics and Technology :
- Support leadership with appropriate strategic and operational reporting on various people metrics in a timely manner
- Act as a builder, creating reports and dashboards that match to customer requirements
- Orientation on various HR technology platforms, Digitalization, BIG data etc

Candidate Profile :
1. Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from reputed College
2. 8-10 years of experience in HRBP with a good brand, preferably from IT, Technology, or Engineering firms.
