Job Description:
- Heading West Region HR & IR Function (HRBP, Employee Engagement & Relationship, Work Systems, Policies & Processes, Industrial Relations, PMS, L&D, OD, Leadership Pgm, Succession Planning HR Operations, Strategy & Business Support)
- Delivering Business partner role to drive HR processes to support the business growth and challenges
- Responsible for HR KPI's & processes- Talent & Competence Management, Employee Relations, Compensation& Benefits, and ensure HR services delivery
- Support leaders on people growth strategies and driving initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees (including growth and development plans, top talent programs, organizational change, design) through tools Leadership programs etc.
- Contribute as Management Team member to thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution, provide insightful data to guide decision-making and proactive solutions.
- Lead and support various HR projects and contribute to HR Strategy, Policy design and HR process improvements at the Country Level
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters - Union Management Relations, Collective Bargaining and Welfare Activities. Ensure consistency, communication and collaboration in driving HR processes
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong exposure in HR & IR Function (Business Patterning, Union / Settlement handling / Stake Holder Management / L&D/ PMS/ C&B)
- Min 15 Years experience with Sales & Service / Manufacturing Industry background
- Good Communication & Team Management
