- Build, lead and mentor a result-oriented HR teams including employee relations, engagement and entire employee life cycle management
- Understand and appreciate the business priorities and prerogatives that influence key decision making for HR
- Participate in business planning processes and ensure that all HR programs and policies are aligned with organizational goals and priorities in support of the organization mission.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner.
- Work with the team to manage absenteeism, disciplinary processes, grievances and adherence and compliance of HR policies
- Provide sound judgement in employee relation matters, create employee engagement processes, measure employee satisfaction through internal surveys and identify and work towards areas of improvement.
Salary Range: 14 - 18 LPA
