The opportunity is with a leading organization in the automotive industry, for a key player in the commercial vehicle segment. The organization has expansion plans and therefore would be looking at strengthening its team.

Title: Deputy GM HR

Reporting to: VP HR

Location: Pune

The individual would be responsible for the following processes at the Corporate level:

- Talent acquisition

- Performance management

- Compensation and benefit

- Talent management system

- HR policies

- HR communications/ HR Information

Education: MBA in Human Resource Management

Professional experience: must have 13+ years of relevant experience in HR

Skill-set:

- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

- Result orientation and excellent decision making

- Business orientation

- Process orientation

- In depth understanding of “employee life-cycle”.
