DGM - HR & Administration - Pharma/Speciality Chemicals (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for the DGM - HR & Admin for a global firm in the Pharma / Speciality Chemicals industry vertical. With a revenue base of around INR 50 Crores and a large international presence, this global firm is a pioneer in the Speciality Chemicals business with ISO & GMP certified manufacturing units.

The position would report into the Managing Director and would be based out of the Mumbai Corporate office.

Compensation on Offer : INR 10 Lacs + Performance Based Incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acts as the Overall HR & Admin Head, being additionally responsible for all the HR / Admin related Statutory compliances across the Corporate / Regional Offices and the Factory,

- Lead conceptualisation and implementation of the HR Strategy besides key systems / processes like HR Cost Budgeting, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Culture building, Payroll, Policy Management, etc.

- Be accountable for setup and implementation of SOPs for all HR systems and processes to create a standardised experience and more efficient / reliable environment,

- Ensure that the Company is compliant with all HR / Admin related statutory and legal compliances / process certifications that may be required to meet local as well as global requirements of Clients and Business Partners, as maybe contractually required,

- Conduct periodic internal / external HR & Admin Service audits and ensure compliance of specifications, systems and practices to that of Company's requirements and guidelines,

- Conduct periodic Employee surveys to understand areas of improvement and ensure prompt actions

Key Skills required:

- The ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate with specialisation in HR / IR / MSW with over 8 years HR & Administration experience at leading Organisations,

- Cultural orientation to engage with employees across the Organisation, to proactively assess their needs and continuously create value for them,

- Data Interpretation Ability - Ability to study & interpret data/trends and draw inferences/projections/analytics,

- Excellent Leadership and Communication skills
