DGM/Head - Sales - FMCG (9-15 yrs)
- Responsible for developing sustainable business model, P&L management to maximize ROI for the business in the assigned territory.
- Overall, shall be responsible for, Sales and Distribution in his Unit and managing the trade spends.
- Exploring & Developing good and cordial relationships with existing and new Key Account clients (Mall- s, Multiplexes and the upcoming Modern Trade, Retail chain business) in the territory.
- Managing Field and Trade marketing initiatives for enhancing business opportunities in the market; implementing sales promotional activities as a part of product launch, brand building and market development effort.
