About the Role (CA pass out Must)

To provide analytical support to India Controller in ensuring controls and compliances as required under various law and lead all the board deliverables for parent and various group companies.

Key Responsibilities :

Controls around Related Party Transactions:

- Understand Related Party transactions and get Transfer Pricing study done.

- Seek quarterly Board Approvals for Related Party Transactions.

- Interim review of RPTs v/s actuals and revision of limits for current FY.

- Annual revision of all Related Party Transactions and approval for next FY.

- Proactive circulation of impact on co. and its subsidiaries of any change in TP rates, etc.

- Reporting of compliances as per SEBI LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

BAC (Board Audit Committee) deliverable:

- Preparation of Contingent Liability (CL) Schedule.

- Quarterly BAC (Board and Audit Committee) and CFO deliverable related to CL, PL and NFT cases.

- NMS (Notice Management System) - Controls and governance:

- Review of new and existing Notices/Demand Orders and assess their PPR assessment (Probable Possible Remote) in co-ordination with respective teams.

- Review hygiene of NMS reporting by aligning NMS stakeholders.

- Customer Centricity- Partnering with shared services and business teams to ensure smooth accounting of new processes/ guidelines

- Closure of audit issues in BAC and RPTs.

- Co-ordinating with Corporate Secretarial team to provide various data and disclosures for shareholder approval, etc.

Experience & Skills :

Skills Required:

- Well versed with SEBI, FEMA, FERA and other regulatory frame work

- Hands on experience on handling Quarterly board deliverables

- Well versed with ICOFR and other compliances as required under various regulatory and statutory frame work

- Well hands on Transfer pricing study, related norms and overall frame work for any group company related transaction

- Ability to align strategies and systems to business needs

Educational Qualifications - Chartered Accountant

Work Experience:

- 8+ years of Post CA experience

- Blend of Big 4 with Big corporate experience.

- Team Leader Role and will handle team size of 3.
