Key Responsibilities - Be a technical interface / technical expert to promote, in India and Indian sub-continent, polyurethane plants and pieces of machinery and thermoforming machines manufactured. The technical expertise/knowledge shall be utilized for: - Product advocacy: Acquire and disseminate technical information and features with regards to all the machinery products manufactured by its group companies. - Be able to understand customers requirement and application technically - Interact with the technical team with regards to customers- requirement and get the best possible technical solution. - Offer most suitable technology and/or machines to customer which is technically and commercially viable. - Interact and support commercial department for sales and business development. - To be responsible for planning and managing after sales service to the customer through after sales service staff. - Play a lead role in localization of any design/procurement / manufacturing activity defined by management which could include local manufacturing of machines or parts thereof. - Ready to travel all over India to meet customers/suppliers as well to abroad largely Desired Candidate Profile : - Must have strong technical background with sales experience and expertise in both. - Candidate must be a qualified Engineer with BE, B Tech or preferably Masters- Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering. - He must be from a well-known university in India or abroad. - MBA in sales and marketing or a general management would be an added requirement. - Basic Knowledge of accounting would carry weightage for favourable consideration. - An enterprising nature would be most appreciated - Should be fluent in English, be able to make and present impressive presentations to customers or in front of audiences in seminars meetings etc. - An extrovert with smart personality, leadership quality and good sense of humor will be a winner of the job.
