DGM/GM - Strategy & New Business Development - Farm Machinery (10-20 yrs)
Position : Deputy General Manager / General Manager - Strategy and New Business development for Global Farm Machinery Operations
Location : Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Data collection and analysis of markets, competitors and customer segments
- Responsible for detailed product category wise and geography wise product plans
- Ongoing business planning activities for Farm Machinery business globally
- Liaising with various partner companies and prepare annual and monthly plans and MIS for business operations.
- Programme Management and monitoring for new business development
- Go-to market initiatives and product development programmes
Other Details :
- The thrust of the role will be international markets
- Person should be a specialist in non tractor farm machinery
- Persons must have deep domain knowledge on non-tractor farm machinery products and industry.
- Exposure to international markets will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in business strategy/marketing or product planning in the farm machinery sector
- Must have the soft skills to work with global partners and in global markets.
