DGM/GM Sales for Consumer Product Division
- Setting up sales team & infrastructure for OTC business.
- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive programs.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
- Overseeing All India sales team, mentoring & directing strategies for success and driving sales plan.
- Strategize and supervise merchandising, retailing, POS, Activations etc. Managing external agencies for field initiative.
- Managing distribution, building & developing strong business relationships with new & existing channel.
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
- Implementation of the customer management programme of the OTC business.
- Managing budgets and new implementations of sales forecasts.
