DGM/GM - Product Development - Gensets

Job title: Product tailoring Leader- Gensets

Exp range: 15+ years of experience.

Qualification: B.Tech / BE/ M.Tech/ ME with Mechanical, Automobile, electrical.

- 30% travel involved initially in this role.

- Team lead role- can manage 10 members or more.

- Good Communication skills, need to interact with global stakeholders extensively, ownership, leadership qualities, analytical

Few job role related pointers:

- Demonstrated success having worked in a Technical Specialist/Specialist Engineering role on lower complexity product development activities.

- Translating customer needs and negotiating into product development plans, technical profiles and/or product specifications with a proven track record of successful product decisions.

- Product tailoring for gensets.

Team leader/ leadership qualities

- Must have experience in working on Gensets from Low Horse Power ranges up to 650 KVA

- Must know Engine knowhow.

- Knowledge or exposure to manufacturing aspects of gensets/engine.

- Experience/ exposure to GD&T, Pro-e/ Analysis

- Must be experienced in handling Internal customers and GOEMs
