- Understand the business requirement & challenges faced by the customer and articulate POVs to address the digital infrastructure requirements of the customer
- Work with the CIO / CDO of the organization is creating a MVP and then work with internal stakeholders to help take it to production.
- Have a firm understanding on the service expectations of the Customer's end stakeholders to ensure the right service model is articulated to the customer.
- Leads a team of Solution Architects and mentor the team to enhance skills, achieve Quota and fulfil strategic initiatives for the vertical
- Thought leader who has solid overview of the industry trends, Digital uptakes and able to align the trends to proposition
- Drive solutions for complete services portfolio based on GTM themes and customer opportunity/requirement
- Conduct/drive technical meetings & workshop with customers to understand their requirements.
- This role would be a national role and would involve traveling.
- Participate in Deal Qualification calls to assess viability of such opportunities/deals; Drive the team to support bid team to prepare responses to technical aspects of RFP; Guide the team to prepare commercial construct; Drive engagement with key customers.
- Participate in customer events & conferences to propagate Managed Services portfolio and increase brand awareness/gain market share
Technology Skills :
- Understanding of Network - SDWAN/SDN, Wifi6,
- Managed Cloud & Dedicated Hosting services and ability to work with both OEM and services partners to provide customer with a best in class service model
- Understanding of Security trends and ability to embed these technologies within the existing brownfield environments
- Understanding of Collaboration tools which can we constructed for the customer - Services around MS Teams, Cisco.
- Understanding of Contact Center technologies

- Regularly review team and assess talent requirements.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process
- Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team;
- Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.
