DGM/GM - Investor Relations

- Manager all Investor communication including drafting of all financial communication.

- Quarterly earnings presentations, FAQs, opening remarks, press releases, annual report, and other relevant financial collaterals.

- Develop engaging presentations to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Liaison with media and research analysts to ensure continuous media coverage on the company.

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing investors, potential investors, sell side and buy side analysts.

- Address inquiries from investors regarding financial performance, corporate strategy, and market trends.

- Gauge investor sentiment and provide insights to senior management.

- Stay informed about regulatory disclosure requirements and regulatory changes affecting the company
