Interfaces Design (UI) Lead-DGM/GM

Role & Responsibility:

- Lead user interface (UI) design, that delivers world class user experience, and incorporates the latest standards in human - mobile interaction to build India's largest consumer app/web product and Intelligence Marketing platform including ecommerce, targeted advertising and payments

- Focus on user-centricity by continuously listening to usability findings, user feedback

- Continuous usability research amongst consumers (expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, user interviews, and usability tests) to put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and solutions

- Design the information architecture, interface and interaction flow of web / mobile apps that will result in increased usage and transactions from both, end consumers & merchants

- Responsible for process flows, wireframes, mock-ups/prototypes and final graphics to effectively conceptualise and communicate and deliver high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviour

- Responsible for developing & maintaining detailed UI guidelines, standards, specifications

- Coordination with the product management team to define the experience and design

- Partner with tech to deliver scalable performance with a focus on user experience

- Create a UI repository by updating templates, processes and guidelines

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 8- 12 YEARS

Candidate Qualification and skill sets:

- BE/ BTech / B.Sc / BCA - Computers from Tier 1 institute

- Specialisation or Post graduate in Art / Graphics / Visual Design

- Should have at least 10 years of UI/UX design experience in tech products (web apps, mobile apps), with last 2-3 years being in a Head - UI position

- Strong visual design and user experience skill set including strategy, interaction, interface and information architecture and design aesthetic

- Ability to envision and create fun, highly usable designs and layouts, and a propensity towards simplification

- Experience with usability research tools and methods, including leading focus groups usability sessions to define and document end-user feedback

- Ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, and prototypes

- Understanding of global best practices in UI design and development

- Ability to analyse product and interface performance

- High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership
