We are at present having a senior position as AGM/DGM, HR &amp; IR for a reputed Indian EPC company for THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE in GUJARAT location: Type of Role : People Manager Role The incumbent should be from Army background with a minimum service of 15 - 30 years (rank of Lt. Colonel and above) Reporting to : JOINT GENERAL MANAGER After Defense services, should have exposure of at least 10 years in IR activities like Contact Labour, BOCW, Project Site accommodation, welfare etc Major Responsibilities and Accountability : - Need to oversee and manage IR and Admin functions covering hospitality, security, transportation of staff at Project Sites - Shall be conversant with existing Labour Laws and statutory compliance in construction industry and utilize the same for formulation of Strategies. - Oversee the Management of large number of workers across the country - Need to plan and lead Mobilization and Demobilization of Construction Project Sites - Need to liaison with Senior Management, Govt and statutory bodies, Vendors for IR &amp; Admin functions - Computer literate with good drafting skills in English and Hindi - Formulate strategies for betterment of IR and Admin Functions and manpower planning. - Shall be leading a team of about 20nos. IR &amp; Admin Personnel deputed at various sites. - Candidate should be from Indian Army background with rank not less than colonel. Remuneration will be best in the industry.
