Key Responsibilities : - HR end to end HR activities for the entire plant - Handling Employee Life Cycle - Creating &amp; Implementing PMS - Training &amp; Development - Employee Engagement - Responsible for the HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of an engaged workforce. - Ensure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies and ensure they are in line with industry practices. - Improve training and development related processes, to include identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs. - Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organizational development - Responsible for IR matters. - Maintaining and updating all statutory compliances. Skills &amp; qualification - Preferably an MBA - Candidate should be handling IR issues currently. - Candidate should be managing a plant of more than 2000 employee - Candidates should be fluent with Kannada - Candidates should be ok to work in a remote location P.S Candidates should have a min stability of 3 years in all the organisations where he has worked Knowledge of Kannada language is must for this role Min age cap is 45 years Candidate should be at a ctc range of 20 Lacs - 30 Lacs fixed
