DGM/GM/Head - Talent Acquisition - Agro Chemical (12-18 yrs)

A 2000 CR Agro/Chemical company is looking for Talent Acquisition Head - GM/DGM

This role would be expected to put together a strategy to consolidate all Hiring Centrally, and put sharp process's around the management and delivery of the systems/ organization to meet the people needs for the organization.

The incumbent should have clear expertise in managing large numbers, across multiple geographical locations

Strategy and Scale

- Develop a plan to further the delivery of the Corporate Staffing that is responsible for hiring across levels

- Create a strategy roadmap for consolidation of hiring at the central level to deliver 200+ hiring numbers across

- Integrate usage and implementation of the Automation system across the country

- Create a strategy on employer branding by targeting specific online/ offline channels

- Optimize utilization of teams skills and bandwidth for maximum delivery

Key Deliveries

- Customer Delight (Internal and External - including Business, HR Business Partners, Prospects and new joiners). To be measured through surveys administered to each team.

- Audit & Controls: Clear Audit rating across all audits, including Internal/ ISO/ Quality and any other

- People Development: To create individual development plans for all team members (on payroll, and off)

- Maintain Source Mix of hiring as per approved budgets

- Utilization of budgets per plan

Minimum Qualification

- Must be a Post Graduate in HR

- Working experience in a reputed national or international company for around 11-14 years, Must have worked in a matrix environment, with focus on having implemented/ used Automated processes for hiring.

- Proven track record of conceptualising and implementing talent acquisition initiatives

- Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can function effectively at all levels of an organization.

- Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture, strategy, process etc.

- Project management skills with a proven track record for delivery of practical business solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to lead self and others
