Qualification : MBA - HR
Primary Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible to oversee all the corporate HR and IR functions of Silvassa plant which includes Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Statutory Compliances and Employee Relations.
- Will involve travelling to manufacturing units in Silvassa in the supervisory capacity for troubleshooting or issue resolution
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- To coordinate with the implementation of people-related policies and programs; manages end to end HR business activities.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, executive management, and HR team to build a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Manage employee relations issues across the group level.
- Provide tools and guidelines support and implement policies and procedures, development of HRIS, employee manuals and maintain a high-quality central HR Function.
- Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans
- Manage the performance management process and facilitate improvement of performance management systems and Learning Management System.
- Support design and ensure implementation of org changes aligned with Role Model Organizations and talent strategy.
- Develops and implements departmental budget.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Should have factory experience.
- Should be in corporate last 10 yrs.
- He will be travelling to Silvassa Factory frequently.
- Overall HR Head for Corporate & Factory. He will have separate team for Corporate & Silvassa.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Human Resources professional with 15+ years of progressive human resources/organization development experience.
- Employee Engagement and also working exposure to Industrial and employee relations fundamentals. Be aware of labour laws and legislations also .
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively about staff development and training.
- Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, decentralized and geographically diverse organizational structure.
- Superior communications skills, oral and written.
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HRIS/HRM systems, ERP systems such as SAP, etc. (preferred).
- Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi required.
- Should be flexible to travel as per requirements.
- Good communication skill (English & Hindi, (Gujrati preferred))
