Design and implement go to market plans across the segment to drive revenue and distribution across shared retail channels, strategies for new product & product category launches etc. 2. To manage commercial processes for selected circles for the Business segment. Commercial processes also includes managing processes in order to achieve margin budget for the business. 3. Additionally manage &amp; coordinate various agreed national projects with an objective of exceeding revenue budget, whilst complying with agreed timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms. 4. Business Transformation &amp; Change Management GTM Strategy is to make S&amp;M function Secondary driven and achieve sustainable growth across categories / Geographies To create a Robust Technology enabled system &amp; processes to scale-up efficiently.
