Position Financial Controller (DGM/GM) Location Corporate Office, Delhi (Saket) Qualification C.A(must), B.Com/B.Com(Hons.)(must) ICWA(optional),CS (optional) Department Finance & Accounts Skill Set Exposure in SAP (FICO) is a must Job Role Brief Funds Management, MIS, Budgeting, Taxation, Costing, etc. Currently working at Corporate and handling multiple plants. Team Management at Corporate and plants. Role : - To manage end-to-end financial and accounts operations ensuring high operational efficiency and effectiveness at the corporate level and coordinate with Plant Finance Heads - To ensure effective funds management for timely and adequate availability of funds to meet organizational requirements - Ensure adherence to the department budget - Provide timely and accurate cash/ funding requirement forecasts to the HOD to enable timely disbursements - Oversee timely invoicing and payment of vendor/ supplier bills and employee salaries across the organization - Manage periodic and year-end financial closing process for Rockman Industries, across Plants and ensure that the periodic account closing activities are done on a timely and accurate basis at the Plant as well as the Corporate Level - Oversee and guide timely consolidation of financial statements from Plants and preparation of financial statements for the organization according to general accounting standards, statutory norms and time lines established to meet all internal and external reporting requirements - Monitor accounts payable and receivable to achieve optimum cash flow and maintain optimum working capital ratio - Monitor accounting activities for the corporate Office including payables and receivables, maintenance of books of accounts, timely preparation of financial statements etc. - Monitor fund positions and review bank reconciliation statements for all bank accounts in the organization on a regular basis - Ensure effective cash flow management for Plant operations; manage transfer of funds as per requirement - Drive implementation of Financial Management Systems in coordination with the IT department and ensure that all relevant financial data/ reports are prepared and updated in standardized formats - Review all financial data generated through various MIS Reports on a regular basis and provide timely inputs to Finance and IT Head for taking policy related decisions - Oversee corporate taxation (direct and indirect) and guide development of an efficient Corporate Tax structure - Monitor reconciliation of the book entries of all direct tax payments at Rockman Industries - Ensure compliance to various direct tax (e.g. Annual returns, TDS returns, Advance tax) as well as indirect tax provisions by the Organization - Interact with tax authorities to facilitate tax assessment, as and when required - Provide support to audits to ensure timely completion of internal audit and external statutory audits of company records; Follow up with respective Plant Heads to ensure closure of audit observations - Ensure timely generation and submission of finance and accounts related MIS to HOD
