DGM/GM-Finance Strategy
CFA level 3 cleared (mandatory) from CFA Institute USA
1. Provide financial oversight for the segment
2. Monitor performance against targets, report variances from the business plan and facilitate course correction for achieving the goal
3. Derive analytics based actionable insights to support segment performance
Key Responsibilities :
1. Play lead role in developing the business plan for the specific segment
2. Support segment head for developing the overall business plan and formulating the Operating Plan for the segment
3. Prepare and maintain customized dashboard to capture key value drivers for the segment
4. Analyze dashboards, perform trend analysis and forecasts to support the planning process and performance improvement of the segment business
5. Monitor and track performance against targets/ KPIs and report any variations
6. Remain on the top of all segment relevant industry research, news flow and proactively identify key market trends, opportunities, risks on a continuous basis
7. Derive insights based on research and analytics to maximize revenue realization and customer market share while ensuring great customer experience by optimizing multiple channels for the segment
8. Rationalize the costs specific to any segment specific customer services and promotions
9. Provide inputs for review and negotiations with OEMs/ external Partners for the specific segment to safeguard and further the commercial interests of Jio
Person Specification :
- CFA level 3 cleared (mandatory) from CFA Institute USA.
- MBA (Finance) from tier 1 institute & CA Ranker/ BE or B Tech from Tier I engineering institution is desirable
- Experience - 4 to 10 years
- Age: 27 to 32 years
- Ideal Candidate Profile : Prior experience in Financial Analysis, Strategy, Equity research, investment banking.
- Industry Background: Banking/ Consulting/ Financial Research/ Analytics
