DGM/GM - Finance & Accounts - CA - Renewable Energy (8-12 yrs)
- Responsible for day to day accounting, Audits, consolidation of 32 Companies
- Budgets preparation, finalization, and budget controls
- Working capital management, Treasury, short term loans etc
- Lender compliances, reporting
- Audits: IGAAP & US GAAP
- Direct Tax & Indirect Tax compliances
- Overseeing Payroll processing
- Monthly Financial Reporting, MIS, Cash flow reporting
- Good understanding of Company law, FEMA
Education:
- CA with at least 10 years of post qualification experience. Should have cleared exams in maximum 2 attempts.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good ERP & excel skills. SAP experience preferred
- Renewable energy (especially Solar) would be preferred
