Circle IT Head - Bangalore & Hyderabad  Resposnsibilities:  The following are the main reasons for the existence of the job are :  - To enhance the revenue(top line improvement) of circle, by providing support in delivering new Products and services for circle business which can be up- sold / cross- sold to both B2C and B2B customers   - To improve productivity of the workforce by automation of key business processes and thus reduce the cost to serve a customer (bottom line improvement) of B2C business  - To ensure regulatory compliance, by implementing required changes in IT systems  - To ensure business continuity and sustain business operations, hence maintaining the Brand power, CSAT scores and competitiveness.  Skill Set:  - Should be having experience in IT domain. Needs understanding of IT concepts including SDLC and should have a Programming/Testing background.   - Should have Project Management/Operations Management skills and experience.  - Should have thorough experience in telecom domain and should have knowledge and understanding of telecom standards, processes, information flow and Interoperability between various telecom modules.  - Should have Team Leading, management, Vendor Management skills and experience  - Should be aware about new technologies in Market viz Big data.  - Should have knowledge about OSS/BSS systems and should be familiar with basic packet core concepts and network elements.   - Should have good interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills, where he/she should have capability to perform cost to benefit analysis of requirements.  - Should have good analytical skills to access new requirements and should be capable enough to analyze their fitment to organizations mission statement.  Educational Level:  - Bachelors degree in IT or any equivalent branch  CTC : Max 50 Lacs
