About Client: Our client is a well known and admired MNC in the FMCG industry. They have numerous manufacturing plants across India.

Role : Leading and driving process re engineering, process improvement, lean, kaizen and Six sigma projects

Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate the effort to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization

- Facilitate and lead assessment of current processes and identify process improvement opportunities utilizing organizational, analytical, Lean and Six sigma problem solving methodologies

- Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them and drive performance and benchmarking

- Coach and mentor a team of black belts to drive projects

- Driving projects related to Six Sigma, kaizen and lean methodologies

- Facilitate & Deliver programs on Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Value Stream Mapping & other Lean Tools, PPU & Kaizen

Desired Skills and Expertise:

Education: B.Tech or MBA

Exp : 15+ years

Skill required: Should have done projects in Six Sigma, lean methodologies, Kaizen and Black belt certification is mandatory.
