- To create demand at the market place through ATL & BTL activities by using the right consumer insight/s
- Drive various Market Research projects including Concept Tests, BASES across portfolio.
- Lead each market research project from brief to final findings and drive the key action plans
- Responsible for annual/monthly media briefs, analysis/approval of media plans
- A complete P&L responsibility of the existing product portfolio
- Provide support to Sales team to drive brand sales at market place in terms visibility, trade incentives
- Take appropriate pricing decisions & their implementation in the marketplace
- Market visits to understand new trade/consumer insights and competition tracking
- Prepare yearly marketing and promotion plan
- Brand promotion and customer promotion
- 10 + years in FMCG or consumer durables to cement
- MBA / PGDM from reputed
